1. Platform Role

ClickBell is a discovery and communication marketplace that helps employers and workers connect. ClickBell does not guarantee jobs, payments, work quality, worker suitability, employer legitimacy or offline safety.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older. Child labour, child exploitation and illegal work are strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibility

Employers and workers must verify each other, discuss price and work scope clearly, and take responsibility for their own offline deals, meetings and payments.

4. Prohibited Activity

• Fake documents, fake bidding, fake profiles or impersonation.
• Harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, scams or illegal services.
• Adult services, trafficking, child labour or unsafe activity.

5. Account Suspension

ClickBell may suspend, block or remove accounts, profiles, offers or content for fraud, abuse, fake KYC, safety risk or policy violation.

6. Verification and KYC

Users may upload selfie and identity documents for verification. Verification support does not guarantee a user is safe, skilled or legally qualified.

7. Payments and Deals

Unless a future in-app payment system is introduced, payments happen outside ClickBell. Users are responsible for all payment discussions, receipts and disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClickBell is not responsible for offline disputes, losses, injury, payment failure, poor work quality or private agreements between users.
